• Fiscal and commodity files: Tax ID (RFC), fiscal address, XML files, and Excel spreadsheets supplied by you or your shippers for Carta Porte tax compliance and digital invoicing.
• GPS and Telematics records: Real-time geolocation of active fleet units monitored through satellite apps (TRACKER, Driver).

3. Purposes of Processing

Data collected is used to deliver our core software and support services:

• Responding to inquiries, live demonstrations, and commercial quotations.
• Setup and operation of purchased modules and satellite apps (Customer Portal, Supplier Portal, Driver, Security, Stockflow, Vision, SEUS Business).
• Automated parsing of Excel and customer XML documents for Carta Porte supplement stamping.
• Live tracking, fleet management, and operational analytics.
• Invoicing and administrative customer support.
